This is made by printed machine, first white carpet will be set up on the machine. Then the dye injection occurs using jets that are arranged in groups, almost like an office printer. To make sure the color and design accuracy, the jest don’t touch the fiber. And each pile yarn usually receives 45-65% of dye absorption, so there is white color on the bottom of each pile.
Application: Printed nylon carpet is often used in various public spaces, such as hotel corridors, hotel hallways, hotel conference rooms, commercial buildings, and even hotel guest rooms. The final thickness of printed nylon carpet is 10-11mm. We welcome custom-made.
