Our hand-tufted method offers limitless capabilities in terms of design, texture, colors, and sizes.Process of hand-tufted carpet: The process of hand-tufted production involves a hand operated tool known as a “tufting gun”, which punches strands of fiber into a canvas stretched on a frame. Our highly skilled craftsmen hand drawn the carpet pattern design onto the canvas and carefully fills the design and pattern with the selected yarns and colors using the tufting gun. After completion, the rug is taken off of the frame and is ready for the application of a secondary backing. Finally, the custom hand-tufted product is finished with by adding a scrim backing to hold the fibers and edges in place. As entirely created by hand, there are far fewer restrictions. We can produce large custom widths, custom pile heights, create texture effects such as carving, and most importantly, the design & color combinations are endless.
